Do we take this Medica plan?

1. 1. Check the payer ID on the front of the card then visit: https://www.medica.com/providers/claim-tools/medica-claim-submission-and-product-guidelines
   2. Find the payer ID in the list and click it. Then scroll down to the Product Fact Sheets section and view the PDF to learn more.
   3. Look at the back of the card and see if payer ID for behavioral health claims is 87726. If so, this is the same payer ID as UHC so we should be ok!
