Patient Pre-screen

When someone inquires about becoming a new patient, after determining whether they will be self-pay or if they have coverage via one of our participating insurance plans, the next step would be to have them fill out a our New Patient Interest form. The form can be sent via text to the patient using Dialpad with this link: https://tulsafamilypsychiatry.com/new/

Linking Patients

Charm will allow us to link exactly two patients. If there are more than two patients who need to be linked, you can link at least two, and then enter the other asociations in a Blue Sticky note.

Ex: If there are 4 family members, you can link the first two and then the second two. In the case of two adults and two children, you may wish to link the two children and then link the two adults.

Step-by-step

From the left menu select the Billing tab

Next, click the Family Balance Due tab

In the Linked Patient: field search for the patient you want to link

When you see the correct one, click their name and then click Add

You will get a notice stating linking was successful.

Click Patient Details to return to patient demographics. You will notice that under Basic Information you now see Linked Patient which lists the name of the linked patient associated to the currently selected patient. Clicking the blue hyperlink will take you to the linked chart.

This blue hyperlink will also be visible in Calendar List View.
