It is possible to gauge future appointment load in Charm without exporting an appointment report. This can be done at a glance using the Analytics section.
- Analytics > Default Reports > Appointments > By Month/Day
- This will show total appts by month that are currently scheduled. Keeping the average monthly # of visits in mind, it is possible to get an idea of how full we are for future months.
- This can also be adjusted by provider in the dropdown to make the same analysis on an individual provider basis.
