Mixed Appointments
Dr. Herring is available on some Thursdays in the clinic. These days will be open on the calendar when she is not doing Paradigm research.
During a mixed segment such as Thursday afternoons we need to group the types instead of bouncing between telemed and in person. This segment of the calendar is NOT visible to patients to book on their own so we should be able to maintain control of how we schedule appointments.
Exception If it is necessary to schedule an in-person or telemedicine appointment during the middle of a segment, we must create a buffer in the schedule. See the next section for overview.
